Harper was a homeless dog. But now she has had a loving family for over 3 years. The family loves her, feeds her well, and pets her regularly. But for Harper, it is not enough to pet her. She loves being petted by strangers. She learned to walk and pass some streets to get petted by schoolchildren and other strangers.
But her owners decided to do something clever not to lose their dog one day on the streets. While jogging, Alyson one day noticed a big banner with a dog photo on it and a dog sitting in front of it. She thought the dog was a homeless dog as there was no one around. But then she noticed the collar. After a while she read what was written on the banner;
“I am Harper, I live here. I pretend to be lost so you stop and pet me.”
